Use a template

Start from a preset study type when the workflow matches a common research or feedback job.

Templates help you avoid a blank start.

The New Study screen includes preset templates for common workflows.

Observed templates:

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Employee Experience

Templates give Lemma a workflow-specific starting point before you customize the study.

Choose the closest job

Use Customer Discovery to learn what people need before they choose you.

Use Customer Satisfaction to understand why customers are happy, frustrated, or leaving.

Use Product/Service Feedback to collect deeper feedback on a product, service, store experience, onboarding flow, package, feature, or offer.

Use Employee Experience to understand onboarding friction, engagement drivers, manager pain points, process blockers, and exit reasons.

Customize the template

After choosing a template, make it specific:

  • name the audience
  • add the workflow or product context
  • remove questions that do not support the decision
  • add follow-up targets that matter for your use case
  • choose the right interaction format and depth
