Plans and billing are managed per workspace.
The audited screen showed:
- current workspace plan
- renewal date
- billing portal button
- monthly/annual toggle
- Free, Tools, Pro, and Scale plan cards
- upgrade buttons
Manage payments and invoices
Use Manage payments & invoices to open the billing portal.
Choose a plan
Choose a plan based on:
- audio credit needs
- expected text interview volume
- whether the workspace needs Chat, Doc, Slides, or other advanced outputs
- team usage
Current note
Plan cards mentioned Chat, Doc, Slides & Wiki. The audit verified Chat, Doc, and Slides surfaces in the example study, but did not verify a Wiki surface. Do not document Wiki as live until confirmed.
