Invite teammates and review workspace members.
Use Team Members to manage who can access the workspace.
The audited screen showed:
- Invite Members
- member search
- a table with user, email, and role
Before inviting someone
Confirm:
- the person should have access to study data
- the workspace is the right workspace
- their role should match what they need to do
Current note
The audit saw many participant roles in the table, but did not confirm the full role model. Do not publish a complete role-permission matrix until product behavior is verified.
