The audited Account & Billing page included notification settings for:
- credits at 50%
- credits at 20%
- credits depleted
- study paused
- new responses
Response frequency
The observed new-response frequency options were:
- Every response
- Daily summary
- Weekly summary
- Never
Recommended settings
Use Every response for small active studies where each session matters.
Use Daily summary when the study has moderate volume.
Use Weekly summary when you only need a periodic digest.
Use Never only when another teammate owns monitoring.
