Audience

Organize and protect Leads

Use work queues, Lists, Lead details, and Do not contact without duplicating people.

On this page

Organize the audience without losing one person’s identity, restrictions, and Mission history.

Use queues and Lists for different jobs

  • All, Unassigned, and In Missions describe current work membership.
  • Lists are named static audiences you create and maintain.

Use a List for a deliberate Manual Mission audience. Use the work queues to understand whether a Lead already belongs to live Mission work.

Inspect a Lead

Open a Lead row to see:

  • its Lists;
  • Mission memberships, which may include terminal history;
  • Imported and inferred information;
  • a basic activity timeline for imports, List changes, and Mission enrollment;
  • LinkedIn profile when available;
  • Do not contact state.

Imported and inferred fields can show their state, source, confidence, and freshness date. These values are read-only in the current Lead drawer; there is no generic regenerate control there.

The Lead drawer does not provide the full message or reply history. Use the Mission and Outbox to review execution and conversation details.

Prevent conflicting outreach

Check live Mission membership

Use In Missions and the Lead drawer before adding the person to another active audience.

Read the execution history

Use the Mission and Outbox to check prior messages, replies, restrictions, and current Sequences. A second List does not create a second identity or erase prior contact.

Stop the conflict before launch

If two Missions would contact the same Lead with incompatible copy or timing, pause, hold, stop, or complete the affected work before creating another live Sequence.

Apply Do not contact

Choose Mark Do Not Contact from the Lead action menu or Mark Do not contact in the Lead drawer. Review saved entries under Settings → Do not contact.

Do not contact overrides preparation

List membership, Mission membership, approval, or a schedule cannot make a Do not contact Lead executable.

Undo removes the Lead-level suppression. It does not re-arm stopped tasks or Missions; review the affected work and make any restart decision separately.

Do not use Do not contact as a substitute for deleting personal data. For access, deletion, or export questions, follow Account, data, and billing.

Next action

Create a Lemma-led Mission or Manual Mission.
