Open Settings → Account & billing for the current plan, usage, renewal state, and billing portal.
Managed Lead limits
Plans count Leads managed by Lemma in Lemma-led Missions. Manual Sequences do not count toward the Managed Lead cap.
- 7-day trial — up to 10 Managed Leads.
- Starter — $29/month and up to 50 Managed Leads.
- Growth — $99/month and up to 200 Managed Leads.
- Scale — $299/month and up to 1,000 Managed Leads.
The in-product Account & billing page is authoritative before purchase or a plan change.
When the cap is reached, Lemma blocks adding more Managed Leads to Lemma-led Missions. Existing Manual Sequences remain outside this cap.
Manage the subscription
Choose Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal when a customer account exists. The page also shows the current plan, Managed Lead usage, renewal or cancellation-at-period-end date, and payment problems.
Choose a plan card to subscribe or switch. Do not rely on an old screenshot or invoice for the current cap.
Privacy and terms
Data access, export, retention, or deletion
The current outbound UI does not expose a verified general self-service export or account-deletion workflow. Do not treat any of these as data deletion:
- marking a Lead Do not contact;
- removing a Lead from a List;
- archiving a List;
- stopping a Sequence;
- completing or archiving a Mission.
Those controls preserve operational history.
Use the Support button in Lemma’s sidebar for access, export, retention, correction, or deletion questions. Include the affected Lead or Mission, but never send passwords, session cookies, provider tokens, or payment-card details.
