Operator is Lemma’s public name for the person who sets up and controls outbound work. The underlying technical role may still appear as sponsor in older data or system diagnostics.
Current access model
An Operator can access Leads, Missions, Outbox, Settings, and the controls available in Lemma.
There is no read-only Operator access
Treat Operator access as consequential access to Lemma and its outbound controls. Do not share access with someone who should only review results.
Before granting access
Confirm that the person is allowed to:
- view and organize Leads;
- read Mission briefs, research, and Drafts;
- review or change Sequences;
- act on replies and problems;
- change Sender and account settings.
Use the Support button in Lemma’s sidebar if the visible access does not match what you expect.
