Sender, Lead, and approval boundaries

Approval describes permission for a specific scope. It does not override the Sender, Lead, timing, hold, or provider conditions.

Sender boundaries

• A healthy verified Connect or Replace normally becomes Ready automatically.
• Reconnect preserves the existing execution status.
• An exceptional Dry run Sender needs Activate sending when that control appears.
• A Paused, Restricted, or Unavailable Sender is not executable.
• Automatic effective-capacity warm-up starts with the first provider-authorized outreach activity: paid, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Senders ramp from 10 to 25 invitations and 20 to 80 messages per day over 14 days; new, free, and unknown Senders ramp from 5 to 20 invitations and 10 to 40 messages per day over 21 days.
• The configured daily target is the desired ceiling. The effective limit is the current ramp- and provider-safe ceiling; the active schedule, confirmed activity, and reservations can reduce available capacity again.
• A provider retry boundary or account restriction can stop otherwise eligible work.
• Reconnecting does not silently resume an intentional pause.
• Replacing is blocked while non-terminal work references the current Sender, and existing tasks are never reassigned.

Lead boundaries

• Do not contact prevents future executable outreach.
• A valid LinkedIn identity is required for LinkedIn work.
• Active outreach conflicts can block a Manual launch.
• A List or Mission assignment does not prove eligibility.
• Imported and inferred fields must not become claims beyond their available evidence.
• An invitation note is available only for paid, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter Senders and is limited to 200 characters. Free or unknown Senders must omit it.

Approval boundaries

Lemma-led

Review approval and Auto approval are Lemma-led Mission controls. Auto approval applies only to future LinkedIn Sequences; existing decisions do not change.

Eligible Lemma-authored Sequences also have a pre-send review boundary in Outbox → Open. Editing, adding, or deleting changes the active revision. Rescheduling one eligible touch re-anchors the eligible pre-send chain, while priority applies Sequence-wide to eligible pre-send tasks. Validate sequence or Batch validate approves and freezes the current message bodies. Sent, provider-confirmed, or otherwise locked touches cannot be rewritten through this editor.

Manual

The wizard’s Review step checks the exact List revision, Sender, playbook, rendered copy, eligibility, and blocked reasons. Launch Mission commits that reviewed scope.

Neither path overrides Sender readiness, schedule, daily targets, Do not contact, eligibility, holds, or provider evidence.

Stop boundaries

• Stop Sequence affects one future Manual cold Sequence.
• Pause Manual Mission affects Manual sending for one Mission.
• Hold all manual sending affects all Manual work, not Lemma-led work.
• Hold LinkedIn affects provider-side LinkedIn work for one Lemma-led Mission while Lemma can keep preparing.
• Sender Pause affects eligible work through that LinkedIn account.
• Complete Mission applies to one Lemma-led Mission: it cancels eligible unclaimed work but lets already-sending work settle.

Outcome boundaries

Lemma does not guarantee replies, meetings, qualified Leads, revenue, deliverability, compliance, or platform safety.
