The current product uses four time rules.
Sender schedule timezone
Under Settings → Sender, Start, End, active days, capacity windows, and next eligible time use the Sender’s configured timezone.
Choose Save settings after changing the timezone.
Outbox labels and grouping use Europe/Paris
Outbox formats its visible Sequence timestamps and groups rows by date in Europe/Paris. The page states Times shown in Europe/Paris.
This display does not change the Sender’s configured active schedule. If the Sender uses another timezone, convert the Outbox time before diagnosing whether work is early, late, or outside its active window.
Send date uses the browser timezone
The editable Send date field in a Lemma-authored Sequence uses your browser’s local wall clock. When you choose Reschedule, Lemma converts that local value to an absolute time.
If your browser is not set to Europe/Paris, the value in Send date and the Paris-formatted timestamp elsewhere in Outbox can show different clock times for the same instant. Confirm your browser timezone before rescheduling.
Home and Audit use UTC
- Home Recent external interactions displays UTC.
- The Audit log formats event timestamps in UTC.
Report a timing problem
Include:
- the displayed timestamp and its visible timezone;
- the value entered in Send date, when relevant, and the browser or operating-system timezone;
- the Sender’s configured timezone;
- the Mission, Lead, and Sender;
- a screenshot of the relevant Outbox or Audit entry;
- whether provider confirmation exists.
Do not describe an unlabelled timestamp as local time.
