Outbox summarizes one Sequence per Lead and Mission. The row status is not the full state of every touch.

Open
Current Sequences that are ready, scheduled, waiting, paused, or in a problem state.
Needs you
A subset of Sequences with an action Lemma can currently offer. A problem does not automatically belong here. Lemma-led editing and validation controls live on eligible rows under Open and do not require the row to appear here.
Finished
Sequences with a terminal outcome: Completed, Replied, Opted out, or Stopped.
Open facets
- Ready — current prerequisites are satisfied; no external result is implied.
- Scheduled — the next touch has a future time.
- Waiting — the Sequence is waiting on a window, capacity, event, or other condition.
- Paused — a global Manual hold or Mission hold is active.
- Problems — a task is blocked or failed and needs diagnosis.
Running and Sent are not Open Sequence facets. Look inside the Sequence’s individual touches and history for in-progress or provider-confirmed delivery evidence.

- What happens next summarizes the current known touch.
- Planned touches shows each touch, conditional timing, message, and Sender.
- History and provider evidence distinguishes an internal state from a provider-confirmed result.
A touch can be marked complete without provider confirmation. The detail calls this out explicitly; do not report it as sent.
Time display
Outbox formats its visible timestamps and date grouping in Europe/Paris. The editable Send date field is different: it uses the browser’s local timezone before converting the value to an instant. Neither changes the Sender’s configured schedule timezone. See How Lemma displays time.
