Outbox is the central view of LinkedIn Sequences. Each row represents one Lead’s complete Sequence in one Mission and shows the next known touch.
Use the three views
- Open — current Sequences.
- Needs you — Sequences with a decision or action Lemma can currently offer.
- Finished — completed, replied, opted-out, or stopped outcomes.
Problems are under Open → Problems. Do not use Needs you as the generic failure queue.

Open one Lead and Mission, inspect the touch plan, and use only its available controls.
Understand views and statuses
Keep views, Sequence facets, outcomes, and touch evidence separate.
Resolve a Sequence problem
Start from Open → Problems and retry only when the external outcome is clear.
Handle replies
Read the inbound message and understand the limits of the current suggested-reply action.
Open a Sequence
Choose a row or Open Sequence. The drawer shows:
- the Mission and Lead;
- Sender and next known touch;
- planned touches and conditional timing;
- inbound replies, when present;
- History and provider evidence;
- only the controls allowed for the current Sequence.
The Lemma-led Mission controls Mission-level approval. Under Open, eligible Lemma-authored Sequences also let you edit, add, or remove unsent touches; re-anchor the eligible pre-send schedule; set Sequence-wide priority; and validate the active Sequence revision. Manual Sequences can instead expose actions such as approve a revision, retry, stop, pause the Manual Mission, or queue a suggested reply. Never assume a control exists until the current surface shows it.
